If you're not satisfied with your report, email support@vjon.com within 30 days of purchase. Send it from the email address you used at checkout, or include your receipt.

You don't need to give a reason.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks show them within 5–10 business days.

Once a refund is issued, access to that report ends.
