What Vjon is

Vjon is an educational wellness tool. It estimates a lifestyle-based biological age and life expectancy from a questionnaire. It is not a medical service.

What we collect

Your questionnaire answers, including health-related information you choose to provide, such as sleep, activity, diet, alcohol and nicotine use, diagnosed conditions and family history.

Your email address, if you give it to us or enter it at checkout.

If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture, as provided by Google.

Payment confirmation from Stripe. We never receive or store your card number.

Basic usage events (for example, which step of the test you reached) and standard technical logs.

How we use it

To calculate your results and generate your report.

To save your progress and let you access your results and reports.

To process payments and handle refunds.

To understand, in aggregate, how the product is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your answers for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run Vjon: Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in, if you use it) and our hosting provider. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: one keeps you signed in, one remembers the assessment you started in this browser, and one secures the sign-in process. We do not use advertising cookies.

Keeping and deleting your data

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@vjon.com. We will delete your assessments, reports and account. We keep payment records only as long as required for accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or California law — you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to certain processing. Health-related information is sensitive; we process it because you explicitly choose to provide it for this purpose. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and access to our systems is restricted.

Age

Vjon is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
