Do I need an account? Can I read offline?
Core research reading requires no account, purchase or health questionnaire. You can read the bundled or last valid cached collection offline. Switch between English and Simplified Chinese in Me.
How do I get a copy of my data, or delete my account?
Signed in, open your account: “Download my data” (web) or “Export my data” (app), and “Delete account”. Deletion is permanent. You can also request account deletion on the web or email us.
