1. Delete online / 在线删除

Sign in with the same method used for your existing VJON account, return here, then confirm deletion. Online deletion takes effect when the request succeeds.

使用原 VJON 账户的登录方式登录，返回此页面并确认删除。在线删除在请求成功后立即生效。无法登录或使用 Apple 登录的用户，可使用下方邮件申请。

2. Request by email / 邮件申请删除

Send your request to admin@warh.com, preferably from your account email. Include your account email and sign-in method. If you use Apple Hide My Email, include the relay email shown in your VJON account. We may need to verify account ownership before deleting it. Do not send passwords or verification codes.

向上述邮箱发送删除申请，尽量使用账户绑定邮箱发送，并注明账户邮箱和登录方式。使用 Apple 隐藏邮箱的用户，请注明 VJON 账户中显示的中转邮箱。我们可能需要先核实账户归属；请勿发送密码或验证码。

We usually reply within two business days. Email requests require ownership verification; we will confirm completion by email.

我们通常在两个工作日内回复。邮件申请需核实账户归属，删除完成后将通过邮件确认。

The button opens your email app. Send the email to submit your request. / 按钮会打开邮件应用，发送邮件后才算提交申请。

What is deleted / 删除范围

Your account profile and sign-in sessions, linked questionnaire answers, saved results and reports, and usage events associated with those assessments are deleted from our active database. Access to the account and its reports ends.

从业务数据库删除账户资料与登录会话、关联的问卷答案、已保存的结果与报告，以及与这些问卷关联的使用事件。删除后无法再访问该账户和报告。

What may be retained / 可能保留的数据

Payment providers (Stripe, Apple and Google) may retain transaction records for their legal, tax and accounting obligations. Their retention periods are governed by their own policies and applicable law. Account deletion does not automatically refund past purchases.

支付服务商（Stripe、Apple、Google）可能因法律、税务和会计义务保留交易记录，保留期限由其政策及适用法律决定。删除账户不会自动退还历史购买款项。

In the app / App 内删除

Open VJON → Account → Delete account, then confirm. / 打开 VJON → 账户 → 删除账户，并确认。
